Closa is an ideal company to work with as their Burford Showroom is local to us and they were at the same time able to provide an excellent link to Neptune. Closa provided us with an excellent and more personalised service than you might otherwise get from a very large company; additionally they were patient with us as we developed our project and were able to adapt to our needs as our building project progressed; Andy and Sam lead an excellent team.
The Neptune product is perfect for our needs, being very attractive and priced fairly for the quality product that it is.
Our kitchen was designed by Silvia, one of the Closa team, who had an eye for details and a breadth of experience that showed as the project developed, and we were able to buy other fittings for the kitchen through Closa, such as our kitchen appliances, along with numerous Neptune light fittings, dining chairs, kitchen table, wardrobe, dressing table, wall cladding, coat hooks etc.
Andy recommended a number of fitters and we very happy to be introduced to Precision Installations, who fitted our kitchen; their workmanship was excellent. They were entirely reliable and on time, and were readily available to return to complete the finishing touches.
Anything Stone, recommended by Closa, supplied us with a polished Silestone worktop - and again were excellent.
