Closa operate a genuine ‘Price Pledge’ policy whereby we guarantee to match any price for the same item available for less elsewhere. We hope you appreciate that this cannot always be the case with garden furniture in particular, especially later in the season, when some retailers offer exceptionally large discounts to clear surplus or ex-display items for example.
As a business, Closa is committed to offering best value and we strive to provide our customers with fair prices at all times.
We also operate a transparent pricing policy across our showrooms and online shop so that items are priced the same no matter where you choose to buy them. If items are offered at a special discount in our showroom, then this price will also be honoured on our website too. In the rare instance that a mistake is made, we will of course sell it at the lower of the web and showroom price.
Throughout the year, Closa will hold stock clearance sales both in our showroom and online, so please feel free to contact us for forthcoming discount periods.
